About the Emsella Method

We offer Emsella follow-up appointments for those who have previously completed an Emsella course and wish to schedule maintenance visits to sustain their results.

Studies on Emsella show a satisfaction rate of 85–95% at follow-up after six months. The longevity of the results varies depending on your initial condition and the severity of your issues. If a decrease in effect is noticed after approximately 4–12 months, we recommend an Emsella follow-up visit and a booster dose.

  • Available for booking after completing an Emsella course.
  • A booster dose of 1–2 treatments, spaced at least 3 days apart, is recommended around 4–12 months after your initial course.
  • Depending on your needs, maintenance treatments are recommended approximately 1–2 times per year to maintain results.
  • We also encourage continuing pelvic floor exercises between Emsella treatments. Like all muscles in the body, the pelvic floor requires regular training to stay strong.

How the treatment works

No change of clothes is required before the treatment. Come with dry clothes and dry hair. You sit fully clothed on the EMSELLA chair for 28 minutes. During the treatment, you can read a book you brought or listen to something with your own headphones. After the treatment, you can immediately resume daily activities without any problems.

An Emsella treatment is performed fully clothed (preferably wearing thin pants or tights) while seated on the Emsella chair. The treatment lasts approximately 30 minutes. After the session, you can immediately resume your daily activities without any issues.

The roller has several health benefits, such as increasing oxygenation, clearing the body of waste products, increasing blood circulation, strengthening the immune system, and improving recovery. The method can be used to prevent problems, alleviate any discomfort, or in combination with training.

About the method

Roll massage involves using a machine with rotating wooden rollers to massage the body in various positions. It is a deep treatment of muscles and connective tissue that increases blood circulation, lymphatic circulation, and fluid flow in the tissues. The roller is also equipped with infrared heat that stimulates the body to relax and heal.

First session?

The first visit is a 30-minute introduction where we show you how the massage works, discuss your purpose for the treatment, and fill out a health declaration. Roll massage is fully automated and provides both noticeable and visible results. The treatment is enhanced by the machine’s infrared light. Recommended clothing

In Pregnancy Deluxe, you receive 100 minutes of treatment from head to toe with fragrant neroli oil.

We start with a gentle and soft massage on the entire backside of the body. Then, your feet and lower legs receive a powerful scrub, nourishing wrap, and a delightful massage. Following this, a deep facial cleansing that includes washing, peeling, and a mask. While the mask works, you enjoy a relaxing hand and arm massage.
