Lymphatic massage consists of strokes, deep breathing, and light pressure in the direction of lymph flow. It is a type of massage that helps the lymphatic system to efficiently remove excess fluid and waste products from the body. Lymphatic massage can help with overweight, fluid retention and swelling in the body, tight connective tissue, and pain caused by sluggish lymph flow.

Things to consider before your treatment

  • It is important to drink plenty of water at least a day before your treatment and also after the massage.
  • Not performed on guests undergoing radiation therapy, such as for breast cancer.

Seaweed massage has a 200-year tradition and is both healing and cleansing for the skin. You bathe in salted water in beautiful wooden tubs.

The scalded and cleaned seaweed releases minerals and vitamins that, together with the salted water, do you a lot of good. The seaweed is harvested from the fresh and salty sea off Varberg.
