Roll massage, first appointment

First session

The first visit is a 30-minute introduction where we show you how the massage works, discuss your purpose for the treatment, and fill out a health declaration. Roll massage is fully automated and provides both noticeable and visible results. The treatment is enhanced by the machine’s infrared light. Once you have had an introduction, you can book roll massage follow-up sessions in the future.

Experience roll massage – a natural and effective method for keeping the body strong and healthy. The method is based on a deep muscle and connective tissue massage that promotes the circulation of blood, lymph, and tissue fluids.

The roller has several health benefits, such as increasing oxygenation, clearing the body of waste products, increasing blood circulation, strengthening the immune system, and improving recovery. The method can be used to prevent problems, alleviate any discomfort, or in combination with training.

About the method

Roll massage involves using a machine with rotating wooden rollers to massage the body in various positions. When Should I Avoid Roll Massage?

Absolute Contraindications

  • Fever/infection
  • Acute trauma to the spine (avoid massage for the first 6-8 weeks)
  • Malignant tumors
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Rupture (muscle tear)
  • Acute dislocations (arm/leg out of joint)
  • Infectious spondylitis and other bone infections – inflammation of the vertebrae
  • Cancer and within two years after being cancer-free

Relative Contraindications

  • Hemophilia
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • Vascular issues such as clots, arteriosclerosis, or inflammation in blood vessels
  • Medication with blood thinners or clot-dissolving agents
  • Varicose veins – avoid rolling directly over the varicose vein
  • Acute trauma to the body’s soft tissues (e.g., bruise)
  • Open wounds and purulent processes
  • Skin conditions such as severe eczema or contagious diseases

About the Method

Compression therapy involves applying even pressure to a specific area of the body. The compression pants used in our treatment feature a computer-controlled compression system that alternates between contraction and expansion for each leg.

How the Treatment Works

Our health guide will assist you in getting into the compression pants and start a program tailored to your needs. During the treatment, which lasts about 20 minutes, you can choose to simply relax or listen to something through your own headphones.

The compression pants we use in treatment are suitable for individuals with the following body measurements:

  • Height: 152–198 cm
  • Leg length: 70–105 cm (ankle to hip)
  • Thigh circumference: Up to 81 cm (measured at the widest part of the thigh)

If you have larger body measurements or significant issues with edema or swelling, we can recommend other methods.
