Activate your inner healing systems

Cryotherapy has taken the wellness world by storm, offering a unique and refreshing experience for both body and mind in dry, chilled air at -87ºC. It’s a kick that must be experienced.

Cryo has several health benefits, such as activating the immune system, removing waste products and toxins from the body, promoting healing and recovery, providing an energizing euphoria, relieving pain, reducing stress, and more.

About the method

When the body is exposed to cold, a protective mechanism starts, activating the body’s own healing abilities. The treatment promotes blood circulation, constricts blood vessels, and releases hormones. Serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline create a kind of euphoria. When you step out of the cabin, you get extra oxygenated blood and feel both alert and relaxed.

How the treatment works

The treatment is conducted individually and begins with relaxation through guided meditation using headphones. During the treatment, we recommend wearing underwear or dry swimwear (as well as gloves, socks, a hat, and a face mask that we provide).

The treatment in the cabin then takes about 3-5 minutes. Throughout the treatment, our health guide is present to assist you for both safety and security.

During the treatment, you should wear either underwear or dry swimwear. Note that you must be completely dry before the treatment, with no wet hair.
