About the Method

Exposure to cold triggers a protective mechanism in the body, activating it’s natural healing abilities. The treatment enhances blood circulation, causing blood vessels to constrict and hormones to be released. Serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine create a sensation of euphoria. After exiting the chamber, you’ll experience oxygenated blood and feel both invigorated and relaxed.

How the Treatment Works

The treatment begins with a guided meditation through headphones to help you relax. During the session, you should wear either underwear or dry swimwear, along with gloves, socks, a hat, and a face mask, which we provide.

The session in the chamber lasts approximately 3-5 minutes. A health guide will be present throughout to ensure your safety and comfort.

Recommended Attire

During the treatment, you should wear eiter underwear or dry swimwear. Please ensure that you are completely dry before the treatment, including having dry hair.
