Increased Circulation and Reduced Swelling

By applying consistent pressure to the body, compression therapy can help improve blood flow, reduce fluid retention, and promote recovery after exercise or injury. It can also help alleviate muscle fatigue and increase comfort during long periods of standing or sitting.

About the Method

Compression therapy involves applying even pressure to a specific area of the body. The compression pants used in our treatment feature a computer-controlled compression system that alternates between contraction and expansion for each leg.

How the Treatment Works

Our health guide will assist you in getting into the compression pants and start a program tailored to your needs. During the treatment, which lasts about 20 minutes, you can choose to simply relax or listen to something through your own headphones.

We recommend wearing thin, soft tights, a shirt, and socks. Avoid loose items, buttons, zippers, jewelry, and watches.
