About the Method

Light therapy, supported by several scientific studies, has demonstrated various health benefits. Red and infrared light penetrate deeply into tissues, activating photoceptors in the body’s cells. This leads to increased ATP production in the mitochondria, stimulation of tissue repair processes such as collagen synthesis, and enhanced immune function.

How the Treatment Works

We offer two red light therapy methods: standing treatment or a red light bed. The red light bed is available at Hagabadet Drottningtorget.

Optimized Red Light Therapy with Vibration Plate (Haga & Älvstranden)

The treatment includes two red light panels that address the entire body, both front and back simultaneously. Our panels provide a highly effective and potent treatment in a short period.

Relax in the Red Light Bed at Hagabadet Drottningtorget

The treatment is performed in a red light bed that covers the entire body, both front and back simultaneously. During the session, you lie comfortably in the ergonomic red light bed while the red light penetrates your tissues. The treatment is pain-free, and each session lasts 15 minutes.

You are alone during the treatment, so you can either enjoy a quiet moment or listen to something through your own headphones.

Recommended Attire

We recommend exposing as much skin as possible by wearing light underwear or dry swimwear. Please ensure you are completely dry before the treatment, no wet hair.

Traning, Bathing and Relaxation Included

Bathing and relaxation are available after your treatment, as you need to be dry during the session.
