How the wellness grant works

Receiving a wellness grant from your employer is a benefit intended to provide you with opportunities for health and exercise. The terms for your wellness grant are determined by your employer, who in turn follows the Swedish Tax Agency’s regulations for wellness grants.

If you are one of those who do not utilize your wellness grant, it’s time to reconsider. The list of things you can do with your wellness grant is long, and there are certainly options that suit you. At Hagabadet, we have several healthy activities that are permitted to use your wellness grant on.

Hagabadet has developed various activities for those with a wellness grant, which you can submit receipts for to your employer with a clear conscience, or if you have other payment methods.

Allowed wellness grant activities

Your wellness grant can be used for a variety of activities, ranging from working out at the gym to getting a massage. At Hagabadet, we have a range of activities you can use your wellness grant for. You can, for example, pay for your membership in installments, book one of our training courses, book a massage, and purchase massage vouchers, among other options.

Wellness Grant via Benify

Place an order in the Benify portal provided by your employer. The confirmation email you receive serves as your voucher, which you bring with you when visiting us.

Wellness Grant via ePassi

Before visiting us, download the ePassi app. You can choose from three different ways to make your purchase:

On-site in our reception, register your purchase in the ePassi app and show the purchase confirmation. The code you receive in the app is valid for 15 minutes.
Purchase a voucher in the ePassi app, valid for 15 days, and complete the purchase at our location within 15 days.
Purchase selected wellness activities directly in the ePassi app/portal with a validity of 6 months. Then, book your chosen service with us at +46 31 600 600 and bring your order confirmation to your visit.
