A seaside oasis with a vacation vibe all year round. Here, you can easily “ctrl alt delete” and unwind.

A magical moment where we use crystal bowls, gongs, rainsticks, and other vibrating instruments for recovery. The sound resonates deeply within our cells, which is powerful and effective in changing our physical body, emotional state, and thought patterns. Suitable for all levels of experience and a magical experience to share together. The session lasts 45-60 minutes.

Glow in the Dark is a playful class where we dim the lights in the room, bring out fluorescent face paints, and play lively music. There’s no pressure here; we blend dance with yoga and let loose together. The session lasts 45-60 minutes.
